highly recommended that we write to you. They stayed in your hotel in March
2007 and said that you were extremely helpful in organising their holiday
and we are hoping you may be able to do the same for us. They were also
extremely happy with your hotel and have also highly recommended we stay
with you while we are in Hanoi.
We would like to book into your hotel for the night of 1 October 2007. We
are travelling with two adults and our two daughters and would like to book
two rooms at your hotel. We would like one
Superior Room and one Deluxe Room. We would prefer our rooms with the river
view. Also Ningh, our children are 12 and 14 years of age and we would like
to have our rooms next to each other if possible.
We wil be flying from Ho Chi Minh on 1 October to Hanoi. We have not booked
our flight yet but would be grateful if you could collect us from the
airport when we have our details. Our friends who stayed with you also said
that you booked their overnight first class train to Sapa for them. We
would appreciate if you could do the same for us. We would like to travel
to Sapa on the overnight train first class private on 2 October and return
back to Hanoi by the overnight train first class private on 4 October and
then go back to your hotel 5 October. Could you please organise this for
us. We will need four tickets for both of the train journeys. We also
would have to be in the same train room.

Imposible tratar con el personal ...desagradable prepotente ey maleducado. Parece que salir en la Lonely se les sube a la cabeza a muchos. No os lo recomiendo bajo ningun concepto.
